Epoxy Garage Floors in Orange County
Garage floor coatings that bond to the concrete and stay put: stain-resistant, easy to clean, and finished in the color and look you want. From a company that has been dealing with concrete and water since 1945.
A garage floor coating is only as good as the prep under it
Most epoxy floors that peel, bubble or lift under hot tires weren’t done with bad epoxy. They were put down on concrete that wasn’t ready: dirty, sealed, damp, or cracked.
We treat a garage floor like any other concrete surface we waterproof. We check the slab, fill and repair the cracks, prepare the surface so the coating can bond, and only then put the coating down.
Why the prep matters
Concrete looks solid, but it’s porous, and moisture moves through it. If a coating goes down on a slab that’s holding moisture or contamination, it lets go, usually where your tires sit.
That’s where a waterproofing company has an edge. We know how water moves through concrete because we’ve spent 80 years keeping it out of decks, balconies and roofs. Your garage floor gets the same thinking.
We don’t build on bad bones.Cracks get repaired and the slab gets prepared before any coating goes down.

Garage floor questions
Will hot tires lift the coating?
Not when the floor is prepared and coated properly. Hot tire pickup is almost always an installation problem: a coating that never bonded well to the concrete.
What about the cracks in my garage floor?
We fill and repair them before coating. A coating over an open crack will show it again later.
How long before I can park on it?
Coatings need time to cure. We’ll tell you exactly when you can walk on it and when you can drive on it for the system we use on your floor.
What does an estimate cost?
Nothing. Estimates are free and come in writing.
