Roof Repair in Orange County
Leaks, loose tiles, storm damage, cracked flat roofs and failed flashing. We find what’s actually wrong, show you, and fix it before a small problem becomes a big one. Family-run in Costa Mesa since 1945.
Find the problem first
Your roof is one of the most important parts of your home or building, and it can hide damage for years. When something does show, deal with it before it grows. The first job is figuring out exactly what’s wrong, and that takes someone who works on roofs every day.
We’ve been fixing Orange County roofs since 1945, and most of our work comes from repeat customers and referrals. We inspect, show you photos, and give you a free written estimate.
We don’t build on bad bones. If the wood underneath is wet or rotted, it gets fixed first.

Roof leaks: fix them fast
A leak is the most common problem we see, and the one people put off. A small leak can turn into a big one quickly, with water damage to the structure and safety problems down the road. We do a thorough inspection, find where the water is actually getting in, and fix it there.
Water rarely comes in where the stain shows. It gets in at the flashing, a slipped tile or a crack, then follows the framing until it finds a ceiling.
What we repair
Homes and commercial buildings, tile, shingle and flat roofs.
Loose and broken tiles
Tiles wear and loosen over time, and some loose tiles only show up on a proper inspection. Left alone, they lead to leaks. We reset or replace them to match what’s on your roof.
Wind and weather damage
Repeated storms take a toll, and loose or missing shingles and tiles are the giveaway. We fix the damage and the cause behind it, so the next storm doesn’t finish the job.
Roof deterioration
Every roof ages. It shows up as leaks, loose tiles and worn underlayment. We repair what can be repaired, and when a roof is too far gone, we’ll tell you and quote a replacement.
Termite and dry rot damage
Termites hollow out the wood; dry rot cracks it. Both lead to leaks. We inspect first, replace the damaged wood, then repair the roof over sound framing.
Cracks in flat roofs
Flat roofs take a beating from sun, rain and standing water, and they crack. Many flat-roof cracks can be fixed in a few hours, and a coating can protect the roof afterward.
Flashing repairs
Flashing steers water away from the weak spots: vents, chimneys and walls. When it corrodes or gets holes, it leaks. Heavily corroded flashing should be replaced right away.

Roof repair questions
How much should I pay for roof repairs?
It depends on what’s wrong and what it takes to fix it. A small repair costs far less than a major one, and a repair costs far less than a replacement. We look first and give you a free written estimate, so you know the number before we start.
Can a roof be repaired in the winter?
Yes. In Southern California, winter is really the rainy season, not snow and ice. Rain can affect the timing on some jobs, so we protect the roof while we work and plan around the weather. Once we know the problem, we’ll tell you if the forecast could affect it.
How long does it take to replace a roof?
On most average-size California homes, three to five days. Weather and a complicated roof can stretch that to longer. Repairs are usually much quicker, and many take a few hours.
Does a leak mean I need a new roof?
Usually not. Most leaks come from one failed spot: flashing, a slipped tile, a crack. Fix that and the roof can have years left. We’ll tell you straight which situation you’re in.
Do you repair commercial roofs too?
Yes. Homes and commercial buildings, including flat roofs.
